We couldn’t even get into the hotel because nobody was there, yet they still charged us for the stay. That’s clearly criminal; I reported it but haven’t heard back.

It’s not a hotel but a bed‑and‑breakfast. For me the information on your site was very bad. It’s on the second floor of a well‑decorated building, but there’s no lobby, no staff, and no ground floor. The site says Palace, but it’s not a hotel.

The interior design was stunning, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was good, and the location was excellent. Nothing negative.

Gut war die Lage und auch das Innere. Ich finde, dass die Bilder im Internet irritierend sind. Es gibt keinen Außenbereich. Die schöne Terrasse gehört zu einem Gästezimmer
