Pousada Verde Serena SFX

“Estadia na Pousada Verde Serena em SFX”

The facility offers a vending machine with a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks and a shared microwave. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We booked a unit with a jacuzzi, which was a nice touch, and the hosts were very kind. The downside is that the units are close together, which slightly reduces privacy. The room could use a desk and chair for extra convenience.

The staff member was excellent and very courteous, even when handling the breakfast issue. However, when I made the reservation, the photo below listed “café da manha” and I was looking for a place that offered that. The other photo again says “Café da manhã.” When I arrived, I found a notice stating that breakfast would be an add‑on. The problem is that if the stay doesn’t include breakfast, it should say “CAFÉ DA MANHÃ OPCIONAL” instead of just “CAFÉ DA MANHÃ.” That feels like a test.

I liked the whirlpool tub and the bed was also very comfortable. What was missing was a side table, and the mini‑fridge was hanging on a nightstand.

The place was very isolated, the service was poor, and the access was bad.

“Aceitável mas não voltaria pois não vale o valor que cobram”

The deck view was nice, but the cleanliness was lacking, access was difficult, and it didn’t justify the price.
