Breakfast was good and the view from the dining area was superb, but the Wi‑Fi in the rooms beneath the breakfast dining area didn’t work during our stay; it needs an upgrade.

The breakfast and restaurant were excellent, and the staff were super helpful, friendly, and service‑mindful, though a few minor maintenance or repair issues cropped up.

The hotel's location right next to the backwaters was a major highlight, but unfortunately, it didn't quite make up for the room's overpriced rate. The suite room's layout also left a lot to be desired, and the limited breakfast options were a disappointment. To top it off, the hotel was a bit of a walk from the beach, which was a bit of a letdown.

I was thoroughly impressed by the staff's excellent service and amenable nature. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's facilities and amenities were also top-notch, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.
