I was blown away by the spacious rooms and the staff, especially Sydney, who were incredibly helpful and even packed breakfast for those heading out early. The hotel sits in a central spot yet feels quiet, though the heatpumps in the rooms could be useful.

The staff were extremely friendly and the restaurant food was delicious, and the spot is great between the city and the lake. We ended up on the ground floor and the room was freezing; the bed had good blankets and slept well, but the room was so cold and had no heaters.
