“1/10 – Unacceptable service and complete lack of professionalism”
I paid in advance for an airport transfer to the hostel, but the driver never arrived. I was left alone at Sharm El Sheikh Airport in the middle of the night, having already paid for a service I never received, and was forced to spend an additional $40 on another taxi. For days, management repeatedly promised a refund without following through. They disappear for hours, ignore messages, and I even had to make international phone calls at my own expense just to get them to check my complaints. Despite a written commitment to resolve the issue, I am still waiting. On top of this, the advertised Wi‑Fi did not work in the Oasis dormitories, and reception was closed while my backpack was still inside. A complete disaster from start to finish. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against staying here.
