“Decent place , great , easy breakfast.”
The beds were comfortable and the place was clean, offering good value, but a faucet and shower were dripping.

The location was good, but everything else was lacking.

The cleaning was good and the price was reasonable, but communication with the manager was an issue; I had paid for the stay in advance via Booking, yet he charged me again—not just a deposit but a full charge—so I had to file a complaint, and a week later I received a refund.

The location and cleanliness were excellent, though it felt a little overpriced.
