The room was large and clean, but it was very far from the city center; people arrived who slept in the hallway and made a lot of noise, and the staff did nothing about it. We were given breakfast, but it was too spicy.

The villa was good and the room was a decent size; the common areas and kitchen were clean, and the owner spoke politely but was not very responsive. Breakfast was acceptable. The facilities didn’t match the booking details: there was no dedicated parking, and parking was at the owner’s risk. Breakfast ran from 10:30‑11 am, so if you’re traveling for work you’d leave by 8‑8:30, and if you’re a tourist you’d leave by 9 am to explore the city. No staff were available after 8 pm, so you’re on your own. The main gate stayed open all night, so security was not great. When I called the owner for arrangements like breakfast, he was polite but the arrangements weren’t carried out as requested; it was up to him. No toiletries were provided as listed in the booking; only hand‑wash gel was available for all uses. On the last day I asked for breakfast again, but no staff were there until 10:30 am, so we left the villa alone because we had to go to an event. There were many large mosquitoes in the bathroom; although they had an insect killer in the common area, the room itself was a mess. Also, the listing said a TV would be in the room, but there was none; only a common TV in the hall. The listed facilities and room rate do not justify the experience.

The stay was very pleasant, and the staff’s hospitality was excellent.

My friend celebrated his birthday there, and the property was excellent; the ambience was very peaceful. The place is spacious and guarded by a 24/7 security guard, making it a very good overall experience.

Organised my birthday party here i really loved the property and each one of my friends told me personally that the ambience of the property is really peaceful. We enjoyed Dinner on the big dining table which can easily accomodate upto 10 people. Everything was great the property felt like Home to me personally.❣️
