Bagolina Boutique B&B

We couldn't find shower soap to wash ourselves (the bathroom set was listed as a "gift" on Booking), so we had to shower in the morning with hand soap because the staff who were supposed to provide it were not on site; we only found it in front of the door when we returned that evening. Also, a coffee machine and a kettle for tea were advertised on Booking but never arrived. For the price we paid and the descriptions we read on Booking, it was very disappointing.

I never write reviews, but this time I couldn't stay silent. I booked a room on Friday for Monday night, and in the afternoon of the same day I received a cancellation notice due to overbooking. The reservation was unilaterally cancelled, which is shameful.

“Fijne kamer”

Very friendly host (Elena). Extremely helpful. Spacious, cool, clean room and bathroom. Pleasant and safe environment. I suggested that a small fridge would be nice with this heat so you could keep drinks cool, and Elena still managed to provide a fridge, which was great.

“Semplicemente perchè non c'erano alternative”

The location is off‑center (north‑west) and poorly connected. Adjacent streets are busy, producing a lot of traffic noise, which the soundproofing did not adequately mitigate. The staff were absent, and the same off‑center, poorly connected location with noisy traffic and insufficient soundproofing made the stay unpleasant.
