“Nice place, good location, friendly desk staff.”
The coffee was pretty good, though the bathroom fan was a bit loud, but that wasn't a disaster.

The place was conveniently near our event, but it wasn't clean, smelled a bit, and lacked shampoo and toiletries.

Nothing good, everything bad: the motel was outdated, broken shutters, dingy bathroom, broken shower curtain rod, poor towels, small furniture, overall needed a full renovation.

Everything was spotless and the staff were friendly, no complaints.

The front desk lady was friendly and very helpful, but the neighbors were noisy.
