The room was spacious, spotless, and the shower temperature was easy to adjust. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was within walking distance of the metro station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place was a great find for the price - we got a clean room with friendly staff, and it's conveniently located near a popular wetland park, with West Lake about a 30-minute drive away. The outside of the building does look a bit run down, which was a bit off-putting at first, and it took some navigating to find the entrance, but overall it was a good value.

The staff here are super friendly and really helpful, and the rooms are clean too, which is a big plus. It took a bit of figuring out to find the place, but once you spot the sign, it's pretty obvious - and yeah, the carpet in the foyer is a bit worn, but it's not a big deal.
