Guests enjoy a private moor for water taxis, a lounge with antique furnishings, and a small library. The breakfast room overlooks the Grand Canal, while the Rialto Bridge and Santa Lucia Station are within a short walk. The nearby San Silvestro water‑bus stop provides easy access.

The day starts in the most beautiful breakfast lounge with a dream view of the Canal Grande. The buffet offers delights from South Tyrol, and if you’re lucky, the pearl in the breakfast room bakes fresh orange cake. Delicious, thank you again for the recipe 💞 We’ll definitely return and gladly recommend the place. The view was unpleasant because a construction site is directly in front of the window.

The proximity to the museum is great. The room is spacious. The silence is good. It’s a stair‑case hotel. The breakfast is moderately rich. The breakfast room is small. The shower in the bathroom is old. The air‑conditioner is broken and shows an E7 error.

The breakfast is excellent, both sweet and savory, with a wide selection of cold cuts, cheeses, cakes, and croissants. The orange‑juice machine is exceptional. The lady preparing breakfast is very kind. Everything was fine.
