J'ai rien aimé j'ai détestée mon séjours la bas. They said check out is 10 am which i ́ever seen in my life, the location was not clear I was calling for direction but no one answers the phone, i checked out from my room and stayed in the lobby but the owner the man in the reception asked me to leave out because it's time to check out he was so rude, racist and disrespectful plus the hostel is dirty the dorm is full of dust. I didnt like my experience there at all

It was a rat hole, absolutely not recommended, filthy and without any comforts.

The doors are locked with a code that only the staff know, so nobody can enter the room. The only downside is finding a parking spot.

The location was spot‑on – just a short walk to downtown Quebec and everything was easy to reach. Unfortunately I got robbed; I left my phone under the pillow and when I came back the device was gone.

When we opened the door the whole place looked rundown and hit us with a nasty smell because the bathroom opened straight onto the tiny room we tried to sleep in. It was sweltering, they handed us an old‑fashioned fan that cost a fortune, and it felt like a mouse hole. We checked out at first light and wouldn’t go back.
