“I would not be booking this accommodation again”
I stayed at a hotel in a lovely town with a great location, but unfortunately, my room fell short of expectations. The town itself was very clean and charming, but the hotel room had a few major issues, including mold on the bathroom ceiling and a leaking toilet. To make matters worse, there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, and the duvet inner and blanket were dirty. I specifically asked for them to be left off, but they kept being put back on.
