The food, massages and spa were all good, yet room 101 had kitchen noise from below; we mentioned it at night and received nothing in return, instead they told us they wanted us to be woken at 6 am.

Everything was very beautiful and I liked everything, but the spa closed too early.

The restaurant, food, and service—including massages and other treatments—were great, the room was spacious, and the pool opened at 7 am; however, there was a sewer smell in the room, the pool bar didn’t open until 14:30 (really disappointing), and the front‑desk hostess spoke a bit curtly, though the rest of the staff were lovely.

The location, the friendliness, the availability, and the professionalism of the staff were all great. We didn’t get a chance to try the spa. Nothing else.
