Duncan was an excellent host and could not have been nicer! The room was very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was delicious, and for dinner we walked to a great restaurant at the beach. All in all, it was a great start to our driving trip through south England.

The host was very friendly, always ready to help, advise, and make sure nothing was missing. The breakfasts were a big plus—when I had the English version they were delicious. The location was also great, close to the beach on one side and to shops and restaurants on the other.

The property was very nice and the staff were amazing; honestly, there was nothing to complain about.

The location was great, and Duncan was very accommodating. The breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced. Free parking was available for three cars on the drive, first come first serve, and there was also free street parking nearby. The beach and town centre were a short walk away.
