The staff were very accommodating and friendly, even providing a wheelchair. They honored my request for a room on the top floor, and I was given a thinner pillow right away. I’m truly grateful for the excellent service.

Everything! One of the best hotels in terms of price‑quality, great breakfast, attentive staff. The Chinese guests can be noisy.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s an excellent hotel. The only issue was that at 2 pm the pool bar ran out of my favorite drink and didn’t have any until the next day; they didn’t try to get another bottle elsewhere, just offered something else.

Every staff member I met was friendly and professional, and the restaurants, massage, beach, and local bars were all within easy walking distance. The happy hour on the fourth‑floor bar offered 2‑for‑1 drinks, but the staff brought both drinks at once; for a single guest the second drink was already watered down by melted ice, so it would be better if the bartender mixed the second drink only after the first finished.

The hotel was recently renovated, with beautiful corridors and rooms that have lovely balconies. It’s well maintained and the breakfast is always plentiful. We’ll definitely return.
