The room style was modern and the staff were generally friendly. We paid for a suite but could not use the jacuzzi bathtub or the shower because the water was cold; they tried to fix it but on the first night we showered with cold water, on the second night we had to shower in another room. They gave us a discount, but we still couldn’t enjoy the suite as we had expected, which was a real disappointment.
