The concept was good, but when I tried to get an invoice they wanted to charge 18% (the start was off). The room was too uncomfortable for the price (being a single bed), and finally there was a thorough inspection of the room when I checked out, which made me feel literally uncomfortable.

The staff and room were absolutely top-notch - 10/10 in my book. However, the heater was tiny and didn't take long to lose heat, which was a bit of a letdown.

The room was spacious and comfy, but that's about it - everything else was just fine.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, but the staff could improve their attitude, especially the young guy who checked us in. When we arrived with our carry-on luggage, he wasn't very helpful in assisting us with it. I think they could work on being more welcoming.

To be honest, I didn't have any complaints about the hotel - everything was just fine.
