The price was good, the owner was nice and friendly, and the house was clean; some of the residents were also friendly. The shower only ran for 6 minutes before stopping, there were no towels, and the rules forbade brushing hair in the bathroom. Inside the house there was no rubbish bin, only one outside, and I wondered if I had used a roommate’s toilet paper.

“Review about the Person in charge of this apartment”

I Loved the Apartment n everything. But I didn't like the fact that me and my partner had t leave at such short notice, warning us t leave immediately when I was literally about t have a shower cause I was getting ready for me and my partners time before 11 t check ourselves out after stayin the night at this hotel for 1 night only, we loved the place but early in the morning On Thursday 14th May, 2026 I have received a message from the owner of the property saying that me and my partner are trespassing n need t leave immediately, so we decided t leave the apartment with our belongings without a single explanation from the owner t why we're getting a warning t leave the house immediately. I was so confused so I decide t hop back out of the shower as soon as I was about to step in n change immediately for myself n my partner too leave the apartment with an explanation

The room size was good, but the camera in the living room that follows you constantly was very annoying! The host was unpleasant; after I requested a change of accommodation through booking, she took my personal belongings and put them in a box while I was away, which I found very inappropriate.

“Don't wast your money here”

I honestly don’t see why there are any positive reviews. First I had to call to get check‑in instructions. We booked this place a bit outside the city to have a parking spot, as it was mentioned, because we had a van with valuables that we didn’t want to park far. When we arrived the parking was full. Calling again at 10 pm, the owner said it was a bit late and she couldn’t do anything. No advice on which streets to park, so we were left to find a spot on our own, which took about 20 minutes. The room itself felt like a place the owner designed to make money and pay her mortgage, not for guest comfort. Everywhere there were lists of things we CANNOT do. We didn’t feel welcome and just felt like the wallet that pays the mortgage (see photos enclosed). There were no towels, no soap, no heating, plugs for appliances didn’t work, nor did the lamps beside the bed. The mattress was uncomfortable (we could feel the springs) and the sheets seemed unwashed (hair on the mattress cover). The insulation was poor; street noise was loud, so I had to sleep with headphones, and the curtains didn’t block light. The shower was limited to 6 minutes, with a counter showing the remaining time and then stopping. Overall it was stressful and upsetting. Plus there was one bathroom for six rooms; I couldn’t use it that morning and had to go to a nearby park because it was taking too long. I strongly recommend staying at Oceanic Hostel instead; for the same price it offers excellent quality and service. Or just stay elsewhere for the same price. Again, I don’t understand the positive comments; see for yourself after reading this.
