Breakfast was disappointing, the coffee machine didn’t work, the orange press didn’t work either, and there was no dishware available.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so the staff had to improve the pillows and blankets for me and my kids.

One staff member was very patient while we tried to manage everything in French, even though it would have gone faster in English.
