The spot right next to the ski lift is a real perk – you can hit the slopes before the crowds. Breakfast was solid, a good mix of options. The downside? The proximity to the slopes also means a lot of party‑goers wander back to the hotel at night, so the streets can get pretty rowdy after dark.

Just a stone’s throw from the town and only 50 m from the lift, the place was a hit. After a full day on the slopes, the sauna was a dream – pure relaxation. I was a bit worried about the nearby highway, but it’s barely visible and we didn’t hear any traffic even with rooms facing it. The hotel is new but stylish, with a wood‑lined dining area and clean, lovely rooms. Continental breakfast was top‑notch, as usual in Austria, and the complimentary afternoon snack was a pleasant surprise.

“Direkt an der Piste”

The hotel sits almost right on the slope, about 50 m away. The staff were very nice and helpful. We stayed in the tower room, which was more than big enough. Breakfast was great, especially the omelette – it was outstanding. If we ever come back to Flachau, we’ll definitely book Hotel Lisa again.
