I’ll say the price is justified. The location is good – a quiet alley, silence at night (unless the neighbors shout at the window, but I go to bed at 10, by 12 am everyone has calmed down), birds sing in the morning, you can have breakfast in the garden, the metro is a 12‑minute walk and there’s a huge supermarket right there. I like the fact that I stayed in a private house on the ground. The. I stayed in the far “wing”, the most neglected one. In the kitchen corner there was an anthill, the fridge and the table in the garden were very, very dirty, I scrubbed them over the week. The frying pan in the kitchen had seen the Vietnam War, no other way. Overall the kitchen was unkempt, cobwebs, ants, a dirty towel (which I also washed), rotten food from previous guests. When it rained hard, the roof in my room (large with a toilet) leaked in three places. There are mold traces, but the week’s belongings were unharmed. There is a window in the headboard of the bed with a semi‑transparent curtain. Outside, neighbors sit, smoke and talk, they have a lamp that brightly lights not only the street but also the room 😅 if you need a wide, comfortable desk, don’t count on it – there’s a narrow console. Luckily there were two and I set up a makeshift workspace. The office chair without a back looked like a joke 😅 hot water, by the way, is not available, it’s warm, if you can call it that, a summer shower in general.
