The location is good. The check‑in was late.

The location was excellent and the staff were truly friendly and helpful. The pillow was too big and firm for my taste.

The spot is great, the rooms stay spotless, parking is close by, beds feel comfy, and the terrace offers a shared sea view; nearby there are restaurants and the beach. However, instead of shower gel there’s just water in the dispenser, the bathtub doesn’t seal well, and the bottled water—supposed to be 2 liters per floor—was insufficient for drinking or making tea.

The staff were friendly and charismatic, the location sits right in the heart of Muggia, so no transport is needed to reach anything; everything the hotel offers was covered. The only drawback was the lack of modern amenities – the shower felt a bit dated, though it worked fine, and the furniture was old, which didn’t bother me much but prompted me to write this review.
