I had requested a shuttle to pick me up from the airport, but it never arrived, and it was impossible to reach the hotel by phone or email; they told me to take a taxi. On the day of departure, the shuttle was too early for them; the requested return time was 6am.

The cleanliness and the friendliness of the housekeepers stood out. The breakfast was very mediocre. The front‑desk staff were not professional enough.

Gym and swimming pool 🔥 The staff were responsive and flexible about the check‑out. Great value for money too. The card had to be reactivated after each night.

The reception team couldn't give me my change. The lunch was poor quality with very few options. The room was dirty, with rust and mold in the bathroom. The phone to reach reception was non‑functional; I reported it to reception but nothing was fixed. Parking is off‑site. The room window was impossible to close because it was broken.
