Complete disappointment — this hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars! Our stay left a very unpleasant impression. The hotel is far below the claimed level: an old bathroom, the toilet flush button worked poorly, and the toilet itself made a constant noise all night, ruining our sleep. To top it off, we were given a dirty towel that was supposed to be clean and new! For a hotel claiming 5 stars, this is absolutely unacceptable. The worst part was the spa situation. At check‑in, the front desk told us we could visit the spa at 20:00 that day. When we arrived at the scheduled time, they informed us that our booking was supposedly for the next day at 20:00. The absurdity is that we were already checking out that morning! They scheduled our spa visit for a time when we were no longer guests. How could that happen? It’s not just a misunderstanding; it’s a complete lack of organization and coordination among staff. We went back to the front desk to sort it out. When we asked for a French‑speaking employee, they said none were available. Luckily my husband speaks Spanish fluently, otherwise the issue would have been even harder to resolve. We also requested a manager to address the problems, but he was also absent! Instead of a service matching the advertised five stars, we encountered technical issues, dirt, organizational chaos, and a total lack of responsible personnel. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel! Five stars are completely unwarranted. At that price you expect comfort, cleanliness, and professional service, but you get total disappointment. We will never return!
