I was blown away by everything—prime spot, pleasant neighborhood, spotless hotel that made me feel secure, and staff who were super helpful and friendly. Hats off to every team member; the hospitality was seriously impressive 🤗 10/10, and I'll definitely return for another event in the area.

It was a bit pleasant, but there was no enough security on our first Friday night: a drunk lady staying at the hotel started grabbing complimentary water and throwing it all over the floors from the hallway to the elevator, leaving stains that persisted until Sunday check‑out. Almost every level of the hotel had either the stench of weed or some mixed food you could possibly smell. I stayed on the 4th floor and also noticed that the windows did not have restraints to open halfway; instead they opened fully, which is not safe, especially when traveling with a young child. The bed was right next to the window, so one wrong jump could lead to serious injuries or a fall out the window. The staff were completely unpleasant and unaware that they were dealing with guests. I was rushed to leave this morning; on top of that, I tried to book another stay for the night, had to take all of my things out of the room because we were told to leave and that we would have to move to another room just to get to the lobby with all of my belongings, and was told we would be able to stay in the same room. This was probably one of the most ridiculous hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I pray for the next person booking here. I’d recommend you go somewhere else.

Nothing positive, and they cancelled my reservation for no reason; the service was rude and bad.

The hotel was very clean and neat, and the check‑in staff were friendly, but I had one complaint about checkout: if checkout is at 12pm why are we knocking on the door at 9am even with the “do not knock” on the door handle? Then again at 10:30am… at that point I just grabbed my things and left.
