The lobby décor is pretty, and the room is spacious with a great view. The security guards, restaurant staff, and reception team are all friendly and very helpful, and there’s a wide selection of TV programs to choose from. However, when we arrived they forgot to empty one of the bins near the TV, and there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste available.

The room was quite clean and the service was good. The downside is that the wall and window aren’t very soundproof, so you can hear some street noise and noise from the next door.

The breakfast was excellent, especially the Indonesian dishes we enjoyed; there was also western food on offer, though we didn’t try any. I could have had eggs and bacon at home, but I’m not sure if bacon was actually available. The location and facilities are solid, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
