Location was excellent; 700m from Promenade beach. Its on the main road too. The property was very clean, amenities were tip top. Service and support by the staff was very good. Parking space was very small, and approach road was very narrow

The front‑desk staff tried hard, the room had air‑conditioning and the price was reasonable, yet the room reeked of moth powder, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the breakfast was basically nonexistent; on Saturday they served breakfast from 8 am, we arrived at 9 am and found nothing, a lady placed five idlis and a tiny pot of chutney which an Indian family immediately took, then the server gave us each a flat pancake on a metal tray with several compartments like the plastic ones from a university canteen, and only a bottle of water and four metal cups were on the tables – compared with a five‑star hotel at the same price, this was a joke.

The spot is convenient, but parking is limited and the policy on yellow plates isn’t clear, so people from Mumbai can’t bring their cars to Pondicherry. The staff were rude and the place isn’t worth it; it’s dirty, the linens are torn, the bath towels smell, the washbasin leaks—everything is problematic.
