The accommodation had a very good and convenient location. The room smelled awful, the curtains and sheets were dirty, the shower handle was broken. Slippers weren’t provided, only available for an extra fee. In the double room there was only one glass.

The location was fine. The fourth floor was reached on foot, the curtains in the upgraded room were torn, the shower took 10 minutes to get hot water. There were some unknown items on the table in the basket. The wallpaper was ripped.

The location was okay. The drain in the shower stall was clogged and dirty, the black mold was present, there were no slippers, the lift didn’t work, and the room was on the sixth floor! The sofa didn’t unfold and the child had to sleep with bent legs on the folded sofa. After the shower water leaked from under the cabinet onto the entire bathroom floor, and we had to mop that puddle. Trash hotel.

Nothing! It was good they were in the center. Everything was horrible! They said there was a kettle and microwave, but in reality those were only downstairs at the reception, where you weren’t allowed to take things yourself. When we asked for a hot drink, they gave us barely warm water. The same with food: when we asked to reheat it, they would put it on and immediately take it away – it stayed cold. And this was no exaggeration: it didn’t even take a minute before they removed it! Because of this we had to keep walking around the place to find somewhere to eat something hot or drink tea. I won’t even talk about the cleanliness: the bed had stains, and the bathroom had mold. The staff were not friendly at all; it felt like we were being let in with huge hatred. At least when we were leaving, they said goodbye in a very cheerful way. This was the worst that could happen to us!

Нічого. 1.
