“The shuttle service was great. There are a few restaurants in walking distance.”

Location from airport and close to cruise port

“Good place of pre cruise sleep over.”

We booked a deluxe king for one night before the cruise. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom felt modern and clean, though the shower lacked a bit of power. The spacious layout let us unpack all our luggage and rearrange it for the next day’s trip to the Miami cruise port. We checked in late but still managed to catch dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was tasty and offered generous portions—exactly what we needed after a long flight. Breakfast was included with a good mix of hot and cold dishes. The hotel shuttle was a bit hit‑and‑miss; a tracker on the bus helped eventually, but the first time it missed us because it was full. Instructions could have been clearer about the stop sequence. We could have gone straight to the first stop point to avoid confusion, but we ended up standing near the last stop instead of the final one, which was confusing. Only one bus ran, yet the tracker showed three at the hotel, probably due to the late‑evening timing.

“Excellent hotel and location.”

The location is great, the staff are welcoming, and the room and facilities are solid. The only downside was the lady at breakfast seemed to have an attitude; she could use more training.

“Clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to the airport.”

This place works well for an overnight stay before a flight the next day because it’s close to the airport. They offer a shuttle every 20 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was good. Everything was good.
