“Perfect.”

I had a very comfortable stay as a solo traveler. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities including AC, an attached bathroom with geyser, a kitchenette, induction cooktop, utensils, and RO drinking water. The location is peaceful and convenient. Food and daily essentials were easily available through Zomato and Blinkit, which made the stay even more comfortable. A special mention for the host, Kuldeep, who was extremely helpful. He picked me up on his scooty from the main road when I arrived and also arranged an auto for my departure, personally dropping me to the auto stand for the railway station. Overall, a hassle-free stay with a caring host and good facilities. Recommended for solo travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable place. Everything was very good. No complaints

The property owner followed up on the bookings and guided me to the property; the place is managed by the owner himself. Mr Kuldeep shows wonderful hospitality, is highly enthusiastic, and very respectful to guests. It’s a homestay, an old property, purely situated in a residential colony, with absolutely no restaurants nearby. As a tourist, you’d want nearby access to restaurants, a railway station, a bus stop, etc., but that’s not possible here. Commuting from this place to other locations is a waste of money; I spent a lot on shuttles to and from restaurants and the railway station. Access to railway stations, bus stands, and restaurants is quite poor.

Everything is fine, and the owner is great. 100 % recommended for solo or couples travelers or any other purpose.

“Forgettable nor we would recommend it any one else, better stay away from such shady operators.”

The room was compact, kitchenette with refrigerator n induction was good.Wi fI worked. Location is poor, approach road is broken, not motorable, looked like straight out of bombed Gaza, Door latch was defective, no bathroom slipper for two persons though the joker Kuldeep Koranga charged for two, The extra charge looked like fleecing, I did book for self spouse and kid. Either booking or homestay did some trick to hide or misrepresent, there was no receipt to continue the fraud that once guest actually lands there , s/he can be charged extra. Room was too small, bathroom smaller, no TV. The review now look like sham as no way the homestay is closer to exceptional as the boast says 9.8 out of 10 rating, the bedsheet was dirty even the substitute was not white and looked like a used one. Koranga (the one who operates) behaved absolutely rude and careless and lastly alleged that we have stolen a so called bag! Neither he gave any bag, nor we stole anything, he is a rascal and does not how to run a homestay, he is just out to make quick bucks
