The room was freezing, even with the manager's heater. The high ceiling and single wall heater couldn't keep up, and the balcony doors let cold air in. On top of that, the heater would shut off whenever we used hot water, making it even colder.

The room was clean, but the sauna cost an extra 10,000 AMD per hour, which wasn't in the original price. There was no electricity, only candles, no lift, and nobody helped with luggage.
