The staff were very polite and attentive, the location was great, the overall vibe of the building was terrific, the bathtub was great, and the views were pretty. However, they ignored our request to remove the diffuser from the room, which can trigger a flare in my wife’s condition; the ceilings were low, and the property described itself as 5‑star when it definitely wasn’t. It wasn’t made clear that our room was up several flights of stairs, which was not ideal for my disabled wife.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the breakfast was wonderful, and the room in the eaves was amazing—thanks to everyone.

The room was superb, the food excellent, and the staff outstanding, but car parking in Budgens was not ideal.

The room was amazing with all the amenities you could want, the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help, and it was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in—nothing negative.
