I didn’t just book it; even though I made the reservations, everyone loved Mrs. Isabela, who was a dream, and I’m very grateful for everything. I talked with my brothers, my mother, and if we ever return, we’ll definitely stay with Mrs. Isabela at Vila Retezat. Nothing negative.

The hotel is in a beautiful villa that still keeps a lot of its old character. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location isn’t very central; the streets are surrounded by forest, so getting there and back in the evening is safe only by car/taxi/bolt/uber because of dogs and the danger of bears in the area.
