The women served us politely at dinner, but almost everything else was an issue: the front desk was arrogant, the hotel is only good for a quick sleep during travel, the AC was off all night and only turned on in the afternoon, the window couldn't be opened, and loud music from outside could be heard all night. When I called the front desk at 2 am to report the AC stopping (it was still working in the evening) and the loud music, they replied, "sorry sorry, we know." Breakfast was bad, choices were few, and the food looked low quality.

The circuit was nice, but there was no access to the bar area because it was reserved for a private party.

I already knew this hotel from a previous stay; it's an attractive spot with a view of the start of the circuit, excellent breakfasts, and all the comfort you could ask for. I also appreciated the bar that stayed open until 24 h. After returning from the conference, the hotel in Plzeň was just perfect.
