They gave us a lovely platter to celebrate our 30‑year anniversary, a nice breakfast, and the location was great, but there was no help carrying heavy suitcases up a large staircase even though three staff members were watching. The shower was poor, with low pressure and inconsistent hot and cold water, and the room needs a thorough cleaning.
