The property is very nice with excellent amenities, making it a solid recommendation for both business and personal trips. However, on this visit I noticed that my room wasn’t cleaned and my bed wasn’t made, even though I stayed for 3 nights and should have received at least one housekeeping service; at least they did bring extra towels, which I appreciated.

“Great place to stay when you want to be in the center of St. Paul and have easy access to get around. Great staff, clean”

The location is fantastic, close to everything, and although the parking garage access is tricky, it’s very secure. The room was clean and spacious enough for two adults and two teens. Breakfast was good and offered gluten‑free and dairy‑free options, and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The highway access is near, but the sharp turns and numerous frontage‑road turn‑offs just before the on‑ramp make it somewhat difficult.

“Tolles Hotel in guter Lage”

The hotel’s location is excellent and the property is in really superb condition; the breakfast was the best part of our trip. Nothing to add.
