The staff were very supportive. Unfortunately, the room was not hygienic at all—the bedsheet and pillow were dirty, and the water supply was terrible.

I was a bit taken aback when I arrived at 1am and the staff told me they don't accept international guests, which was a bit of a shock considering I'd booked the room online. Luckily, they were able to sort out the issue and let me in, but it was a pretty awkward start to my stay. On the plus side, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, the hotel's policies and communication could definitely be improved.
