The riad features a sun terrace, lush garden, restaurant with Moroccan cuisine, free WiFi, shared kitchen, and electric vehicle charging. Rooms have air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and modern conveniences. Located near Royal Palace and Batha Square, 18 km from Fès–Saïs Airport, with family rooms and halal, vegetarian options.

We had a truly memorable stay at Riad Ridaya, one of the best moments of our Morocco trip. The riad itself is stunning, full of character, calm, and the perfect setting to explore Fès. Ahmed was the real highlight: from the moment we met at the designated spot he was exceptionally kind, genuine, and helpful. He assisted with our luggage, offered excellent dinner and sightseeing tips, and figured out the best way to see the famous tanneries given our tight schedule. What stood out most was his honesty; instead of pushing an unnecessary tour, he advised that we’d be better off visiting the tannery ourselves. After traveling across Morocco and often encountering sales pitches, this was a breath of fresh air. Even on the morning we departed, Ahmed went out of his way to talk with our transfer driver and arrange a more convenient pickup point for our trip to Chefchaouen. We only had about 24 hours in Fès, but between the city’s beauty, the riad, and Ahmed’s hospitality, it became one of our favorite stops in Morocco. We can’t recommend Riad Ridaya enough. The only downside was that we only stayed one night—we would have gladly extended our stay.

The structure is wonderful, with an exceptional location in the center of the Medina and a motorcycle parking spot just a few steps away. The managers were extremely kind and made us feel at home; I ended up staying an extra day. Highly recommended.
