The staff were the only thing worth mentioning.

I arrived by Uber and walked everywhere; parking was fine for me, and the price seems reasonable—though I don’t know the exact cost because it was covered by my company. The room was otherwise okay, but the lack of air‑conditioning made it too hot even with the window open, and the noise was annoying.

The hotel is near the center and the quartz area is clean. There is no air‑conditioning, but that was clearly stated during the reservation.
The location is decent and you can get to central Paris quickly; the private parking is a plus. The bed was clean, but when we entered the room one of the three‑person beds was not made. The room and the whole hotel were dirty, and breakfast had a very limited selection.

The place is close to the highway and has on‑site parking. However, there was no air‑conditioning (not mentioned in the description, only after booking). I couldn’t sleep with the window open because of nonstop traffic and mosquitoes; the bathroom had a cracked toilet seat, no working outlet to charge my phone, and the bed was not made (the sheets were left in their bag). Hair elastic was found in the bed, and a foul odor came from the sink in the room.
