“We had a pleasant stay despite some minor issues :)”

The location was very good, nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast as well!. The cleanliness wasn’t the best, there was some mold in the shower and the isolation of the room was very poor, we could hear our neighbors cough and also noise from the street

The accommodation was at the superlative level. I have no objections.

The room was spacious with towels and bathrobes supplied. The complimentary bottle of wine, though not tasted, was much appreciated as it showed attention to the guest (including a personalized message). Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and very varied. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood a bit away from the center but easily reachable on foot or by public transport. More attention to detail is needed (the windowsill was loose).

A good city hotel with friendly and competent staff. We arrived in Bucharest just before midnight and ran into trouble with the scheduled pick‑up service, but with the help of the lady at reception it was resolved quickly.

“Dezamăgire totală!”

The location is quiet, but the hotel is filthy: from the moment you enter, a red armchair full of saliva greets you, and the elevator buttons feel nauseating to press. In the bathroom, the shower head is yellowed by uncleaned tartar, and the dining room is so tiny that nobody can sit down together. While we were eating, a small spider tried to join us at the table. In short, it's a two‑star hotel at best.
