Great place: clean, friendly and helpful staff, modern interiors. Perfect for a short stay in Singapore. The room is small, but it’s great for a solo traveller and offers good value in an awesome location right in the heart of restaurants, shopping, and bars.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety and tasted great, and the old town was less than a ten‑minute walk away, with a night market you could stroll through after dark and plenty of shops along the route. The room’s layout was a bit odd – the shower was fine for me, but the bathtub was separated from the bed by a curtain, and the space felt cramped for the price.

I appreciate having a washer/dryer in the room so I don’t need to hunt for a 24/7 laundromat, and the toilet is accessible with a spray bidet. The bed’s platform is too high; with a knee issue, getting onto the bed is a major hassle. Although the toilets are accessible, the beds themselves are not.

The location is spot‑on in the heart of Kampong Glam yet surprisingly quiet. The room has no windows and is small, but that’s what we expected, so no complaints.
