The place is centrally located. Nobody was available for check‑in for 20 minutes, even after I called three times; email and WhatsApp were ignored. It was absolutely loud until 3 am. At midnight, a staff member entered the women’s dorm to ask when two other female guests would check out. Not recommended at all.

I was absolutely horrified—do not book! I discovered bed bugs and am convinced the sheets were never changed; I even saw lipstick on the back of my pillowcase and watched staff casually reassemble a bed that had been turned over. I only noticed this the next morning and found two bed bugs in my bed. On top of that, I had to wait a full 45 minutes before I could check in.

Nur die Lage!. Extrem dreckig und wir haben zum Glück rechtzeitig Bettwanzen gefunden. Die Betten waren nicht frisch bezogen, die Matratzen zum Teil verschimmelt und außerdem Ungeziefer. Wir haben erstmal Unmengen Dreck aus den Betten und unter den Betten hervorgeholt. Das Personal tat ganz überrascht, aber vor allem als sei es keiner bekannten Sprache mächtig. Dann war kein Personal mehr auffindbar, wenn wir da waren. Da wir Alles sehr spät Abends bemerkten, konnten wir nichts anderes mehr suchen und haben unsere Isomatten im Vorraum ausgebreitet, da wir weder in schimmligen unsauberen Betten schlafen wollten und vor allem keinen Bettwanzenbefall riskieren wollten. Wir sind entsetzt, dass Booking com eine bekanntermaßen sehr scheußliche Unterkunft überhaupt noch vermittelt. Und ich bin jetzt von meiner Naivität befreit, dass auch bei schlechter Bewertung ein Mindeststandard gewährleistet ist. Von dieser Unterkunft können wir nur dringend abraten

The location is very central, but that doesn’t excuse the subpar facilities and service. The room was dark and the air purifier kept shutting off for two consecutive nights, even after I asked it to stay on because people are in the room at night and need fresh air. Cleaning was almost nonexistent, with dust everywhere, even on the walls. There was a strong smell of oriental cooking coming from the restaurant downstairs. Wi‑Fi was absent. Late‑night or very early‑morning guests were noisy. Staff assistance was poor.
