Nothing at all. The only plus was that the male staff helped with the suitcase. The room was very damp and the air was humid. The room was extremely small, the bathtub was tiny, the linens were dirty, and there was a cigarette butt in a ashtray on the nightstand even though the room had no window, so how could you smoke? The ashtray was in plain sight, and there were trash remnants in the bin.

Excellent value for money! The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The location was perfect, right near the train station. Will definitely stay here again.

“Deeply disturbing experience”

My stay at this hotel was a deeply disturbing experience from the moment I arrived. The advertising pictures were misleading and didn't accurately represent the hotel, which made it difficult to find. When I confronted the staff about this, they brushed it off as normal. To make matters worse, a staff member burst into my room without knocking and proceeded to talk loudly on the phone outside my room for an hour. The entire experience was a nightmare, and I couldn't wait to leave.

“Very poor seriously zero”

I had a thoroughly disappointing stay at this hotel. The location was not ideal, and I was expecting a complimentary water bottle, but it was not provided. When I checked out, the staff member I dealt with was uncooperative and refused to return my change after I gave him a 50 rupee note. To make matters worse, the room had a strong odor that was not addressed despite my request to change it.

I had a nightmare experience trying to find this hotel, and the area it's located in is quite sketchy. After being unable to locate the property, I had to find alternative accommodation for the night. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and money.
