The spot was amazing and the staff were very friendly, but the price was excessive for what the hotel offered; I paid £268 for a tiny room with mold on the bathroom ceiling, a broken blind, non‑working lamps, and a broken toilet seat. I had wanted to stay here for years and felt deeply disappointed.
