I didn’t stay; after walking in I saw the accommodation and it wasn’t satisfactory for me, so I left without checking in.

I appreciated that breakfast was available and I felt safe in the hotel, and the ground attendant was nice. However, the virtual registration felt impersonal; the staff member was friendly but it would have been quicker and easier if someone had been physically at the counter. We saw other guests also complain about the virtual sign‑in, and overall it just felt too impersonal.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the location was a bit out of the way.

Nothing positive to mention. The room was very dirty, with puke in the elevator, a coffee pot that was moldy, no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, and a disgusting microwave.

Nothing positive to note. The odor when you first walked in and in the hallway was unpleasant, the room wasn’t clean as it should have been, and there were definitely roaches.
