The reception staff were very friendly and smiling, and the hotel is close to the central metro station. Breakfast was basic but acceptable. We stayed here for four nights with my family as business travelers, but the experience didn’t match the Hilton brand, especially with a price of about €400 per night. With the same budget during the same exhibition period, there were clearly better options offering larger rooms and more complete facilities. Here, the hospitality felt like a pension at €80. The room was very small and impractical for three adults. The sofa bed was a folding bed, obviously flimsy, with an inadequate mattress and visible springs. When opened, the room “suffocated”: the window could only be reached by stepping on the sofa, and the desk—very important for us—could no longer be used. The sliding door of the bathroom also served as a wardrobe door, so you had to choose either an open wardrobe or an open bathroom. In our opinion, the room should not be offered for more than two people. There was no mini‑bar or bottled water. The window couldn’t stay open because of constant tram noise, as the multiple railway lines run directly below the hotel. Cleanliness was only available upon request, and it was interpreted as a change of sheets! In the shower there was no liquid body soap and the base of the shower phone had a leak; we reported these to reception. Additionally, inside the sofa‑bed we found a torn piece of fabric that looked like a top sheet, which we pointed out to the cleaning staff, but it was not removed. A positive point was that the management responded to our complaints about lack of space and offered us a second room at a special rate. However, the extra cost was excessively high for the level of the hotel. Overall, the price‑quality ratio is very poor. We expected a significantly higher level of hospitality, cleanliness and service from Hilton.

The bed and room were good and clean, but room service must be ordered to get fresh towels. The breakfast buffet ran out quickly because only one staff member refilled it, and that was during the fair; you should have known that fair attendees eat early. At least with the advertised price for the room you should have known. Unfortunately I forgot my electric toothbrush. I called the next day asking for it to be sent, but I have heard nothing since.
