The staff are kind, the manager can speak Bulgarian, thanks to Hallil and the housekeepers! The mattress is a bit soft.

I stayed overnight and got a bed and a shower, which was fine. The owner set the exchange rate as he pleased—75 eur never equaled 4250 try as he charged us, so I questioned him and he blamed me. I was exhausted after arriving almost midnight, so I let it go. In the morning I spoke with the front desk staff because the owner was absent, and they confirmed the charge but said they were told to charge that amount. As a Turk living abroad, this unacceptable behavior should not be tolerated; I filed a separate complaint with the booking platform. You cannot treat guests like that; a few euros is not the issue. Breakfast is the bare minimum, with the cheapest items placed on the table. The location is a village. Overall, I would not recommend it. The rating of 4/10, not lower, is due to the kind and helpful staff.
