“TERRIBLE, CAMBIARON DE ALOJAMIENTO CUANDO LLEGAMOS.”
They changed the location of the accommodation at the moment we arrived to the one we had supposedly booked, sent us a message saying the apartment would be at a different address that had nothing to do with what was listed in the Booking app and that we paid for, they didn’t answer us, we arrived at the new address and the apartment was horrible, nothing like the photos, and in the end they cancelled the reservation but haven’t refunded us. They should have respected the location and apartment we had booked, left us without a stay in the afternoon and night when we arrived, and we had to find another one at that moment.
The staff were awful and the service terrible; the place is worthless for the price they charge. They claim you have a private bathroom, but it’s a tiny one. We waited twenty minutes or more to get access. Terrible, I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I feel cheated; the rooms I rented didn’t have a bathroom as described, the bathrooms weren’t the ones shown in the photos, and the security guard at the entrance conditioned our entry by saying they wouldn’t open the doors after 2 am, and the bathrooms didn’t even have toilet paper.
The place isn’t pleasant at all; many people stay in the same house, leave doors open, and walk into your room. Terrible place.
