I didn’t like the comment that we were asked to pay for my daughter’s reservation, even though I had clearly indicated an adult and a child on the booking. They demanded payment behind our backs, even though the booking was specified as adult and child; this should be checked with Booking.

Breakfast was served on the lawn under the trees on the private side with an old‑style well and no direct view for perfect privacy. The spread was very generous: bread, toast, one croissant and one chocolate roll per person, accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses (plain ham, Bayonne ham, cooked sausage, Gruyère, cumin Gouda), homemade strawberry, kiwi and plum preserves, a thermos of coffee and hot water for infusions, and a nicely set table. The property is tastefully decorated, has a pool, and the owners are very warm and attentive. We had an excellent, convivial stay.

“Super séjour en Dordogne”

A big thank you to Anne and Laurent, the hosts are super friendly and very warm; they take great care of their guests and want everyone to have a good time in their guesthouse. Breakfast is homemade with preserves, cakes and fruit juices, a real treat depending on the hostess’s mood. The stay was in a pleasant, relaxing, quiet house. Highlights include on‑site parking, a pool big enough for all residents, and air‑conditioning throughout the house. Good value for money.

The hospitality, friendliness, and daily extensive breakfast were great. There wasn’t much to do in the surrounding area.
